Anyone know of a FREE online video converter that will enable me to
convert MP4 Video into a file format that can be embedded into Adobe
Acrobat 8 or InDesign CS3?
I know that Adobe Acrobat 9 can handle MP4, but I only have Acrobat 8 Professional.
Any suggestions?

I'm not sure I know of any free ones but I use something called Prism
Video converter which worked will for me. I don't think it costed too
much but I know for sure it is only a one time fee. I usually use it
for converting into an avi but I looked it up just now and it says it
can work with MP4.
